Return and Refund Policy

At Surya Products, we believe in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of the purchase date for exchange/return, subject to the conditions outlined below.
 
Conditions:
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and must arrange for the courier service themselves.
  • The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
  • The refund will be issued after the product(s) have been received and inspected by our team, typically within 2-3 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the same source of payment used to make the original purchase.
  • Any damage or missing parts will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Surya Products reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
  • The customer must inform our customer service team within 10 days of the delivery date if they wish to return the product(s).
